[摘要]目的:采用网状Meta分析方法评价12种不同方法对膨胀纹的改善作用。方法:通过计算机全面检索Pubmed、Cochrane
Library、Web of science、EMBASE、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方数据库、维普
数据库中关于不同治疗方法改善膨胀纹的随机对照研究,检索时间为建库至2019年12月。应用STATA16.0软件进行网状Meta
分析。结果:最终纳入17篇文献,共793例患者。网状Meta分析结果显示双极射频+外用维A酸是12种方法中改善膨胀纹临床
有效率及患者满意度最高的方法,非剥脱铒玻璃点阵激光的临床有效率仅次于双极射频+外用维A酸,且患者满意度也排名靠
前,而传统的表皮磨削法在临床有效率及患者满意度中均排名末尾。结论:基于网状Meta分析结果,双极射频+外用维A酸、
非剥脱铒玻璃点阵激光是改善膨胀纹的较好治疗方法,值得临床推广,而表皮磨削法应谨慎选择用于治疗膨胀纹。

Comparative Effectiveness of Different Methods for Treating Striae Distensae: a
Network Meta-analysis

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of different methods in treating striae distensae using the network metaanalysis.
Methods A systematic search of Pubmed, Web of Science, EMBASE, China National Knowledge Infrastructure
(CNKI), Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang Database and Weipu Database from construction to
December 2019 was carried out. Randomized controlled trails (RCTS) examining the effectiveness of 12 different methods
in treating striae distensae were included. Network meta-analysis was performed using STATA16.0 software. Results A
total of 17 literatures involving 793 subjects were included. The results of the network meta-analysis show that the bipolar
radio frequency+topical vitamin A is the best method to improve the clinical effectiveness and patient satisfaction of striae
distensaetreatment among 12 methods. The clinical efficiency of non-ablative fractional Er glass laser ranks only second to
bipolar radio frequency+Topical retinoic acid, and patient satisfaction ranks high, while traditional epidermal grinding method
ranks last in both clinical effectiveness and patient satisfaction. Conclusion Based on the results of network meta-analysis,
bipolar radio frequency+topical vitamin A acid, non-ablative fractional Er glass laser is a better treatment method to treat striae
distensae, and deserve to be popularized clinically. The epidermal abrasion method should be a prudent control in treating striae
distensae.
