[摘要]目的:探讨超声骨刀联合截骨裂钻在面部轮廓截骨整形术中的操作方法及应用体会。方法:选取2012年3月-2015年5
月接受面部轮廓截骨整形术者26例,采用超声骨刀联合截骨裂钻进行截骨操作并定期观察。结果:本组26例患者术后随访6
个月~3年,均对手术效果满意,复查颜面部三维CT见截骨处愈合良好。1例患者术后单侧颏部轻度麻木,给予神经营养对症
处理3个月后完全恢复。结论:面部轮廓整形术中联合应用超声骨刀及截骨裂钻进行截骨,操作方便,使用安全,可取得满
意手术效果。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the operation method and application of ultrasonic osteotome combined with osteotomy drill
in facial contour osteotomy. Methods A total of 26 patients who underwent facial contour osteotomy from March 2012 to May
2015 were selected. Ultrasonic bone knives combined with osteotomy split drills were used for osteotomy operation and regular
observation. Results All 26 patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years after operation, and all were satisfied with the
results of the operation. Reexamination of the facial and facial three-dimensional CT showed good healing of the osteotomy.
One patient had mild numbness in the unilateral chin after operation and was given symptomatic treatment of neurotrophic fully
recovered after 3 months. Conclusion Facial contour plastic surgery is combined with ultrasonic bone knife and osteotomy
split drill for osteotomy, which is easy to operate, safe to use, and can achieve satisfactory surgical results.
