摘要:: [摘要]目的：比较E-max铸瓷技术和金属烤瓷全冠修复在口腔美容修复中的应用价值。方法：选取2017年3月-2018年8月笔
者医院接受修复治疗的48例牙修复患者（共103颗患牙）为对象，按照随机数字表法分为两组。观察组采用E-max铸瓷修
复，对照组行金属烤瓷全冠修复。比较两组修复3个月、12个月时的临床效果及修复3、6、12个月后的患者满意度。结果：
修复后12个月，观察组修复体颜色匹配度显著高于对照组（χ2=7.366，P =0.025），牙龈不良反应发生率显著低于对照组
（χ2=4.082，P =0.043）；修复3、6、12个月后，观察组满意度均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：
与金属烤瓷全冠修复相比，E-max铸瓷贴面修复临床效果更佳，患者满意度更高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To compare the application value of E-max casting ceramic technology and metal-ceramic crown in oral
cosmetic restoration. Methods Forty-eight patients (103 teeth) who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to August
2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table.The observation group was repaired with E-max
cast porcelain, while the control group was repaired with metal-ceramic crowns. The clinical effects of 3, 12 months of repair
and the satisfaction of patients at 3, 6 and 12 months of repair were compared between the two groups. Results The
color matching degree of the restoration in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group
(χ2=7.366, P =0.025), and the incidence of gingival adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control
group (χ2=4.082, P =0.043).After 3, 6 and 12 months of repair, the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly
higher than that of the control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with PFM crown restoration, E-max ceramic veneer
restoration has better clinical effect and higher patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
