摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨微创拔牙术后即刻种植修复与延时种植修复对美学效果及预后的影响。方法：将89例微创拔牙术后种植修
复患者随机分为对照组（43例）和治疗组（46例），对照组采用延时种植修复，治疗组采用即刻种植修复，观察并比较两组
种植体红色美学（PES）评分、牙龈乳头指数、种植体边缘骨吸收情况及牙周袋深度，主观满意度和种植体成功率。结
果：修复完成时两组PES评分比较无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；修复完成1年时治疗组PES评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。
治疗组牙龈乳头指数3度率高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。治疗组修复完成后3个月、6个月，种植体边缘骨吸收均小于对照
组（P ＜0.05），两组修复后12个月，种植体边缘骨吸收比较无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。治疗组修复完成3个月、6个月
及12个月，牙周袋深度均小于对照组（P ＜0.05）。修复完成12个月时，治疗组咀嚼功能、附着高度、色泽及整体美观满
意度均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。两组种植体成功率比较无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：微创拔牙术后即刻种植修复和
延时种植修复的成功率相当，即刻种植修复获得的美学效果优于延时种植修复，可降低牙槽骨骨的吸收，维持种植体周围
软组织的健康状态，提高患者满意度。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of immediate implant repair and delayed implant repair on aesthetic effect and
prognosis after minimally invasive tooth extraction. Methods 89 patients with implant restoration after minimally invasive
tooth extraction were randomly divided into control group (43 cases) and treatment group (46 cases).The control group was
treated with delayed implant restoration while the treatment group was treated with immediate implant restoration. The pink
esthetic score (PES),gingival papilla index,implant marginal bone absorption, periodontal pocket depth,subjective satisfaction
and implant success rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference in PES
scores between the two groups when the repair was completed (P ＞0.05). At 1 year after repair,the PES score of treatment
group was higher than that of control group (P ＜0.05). The third degree rate of gingival papilla index in the treatment group was
higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). The implant marginal bone resorption in the treatment group was lower than
that in the control group at 3 months and 6 months after repair (P ＜0.05), and there was no significant difference between the
two groups at 12 months after repair (P ＞0.05).The depth of periodontal pocket in the treatment group after 3 months, 6 months
and 12 months of repair was lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05).The masticatory function, attachment height, color
and overall aesthetic satisfaction of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group 12 months after restoration
(P ＜0.05). There was no significant difference in implant success rate between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion The
success rate of immediate implant repair and delayed implant repair after minimally invasive tooth extraction is similar, and the
aesthetic effect of immediate implant repair is better than delayed implant repair, which can reduce alveolar bone absorption,
maintain the healthy state of soft tissue around implant,and improve patient satisfaction.
