[摘要]目的:探讨强脉冲光、红蓝光联合超分子水杨酸对寻常痤疮患者免疫功能及炎性介质的影响。方法:寻常座疮患者
200例,采用数字表格法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组100例,对照组给予超分子水杨酸外用治疗,观察组给予强脉冲光、
红蓝光联合超分子水杨酸治疗,共治疗8周,观察治疗前后患者免疫功能及血清炎性介质变化,评价其治疗效果。结果:
两组患者治疗后IgM、IgG、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8均较治疗前明显改善(P <0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组
(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平较
治疗前明显改善(P <0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的
76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:强脉冲光、红蓝光联合超分子水杨酸治疗寻常痤疮有助于改善患者免疫功
能及炎症反应,提高疗效。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect immune function and serum inflammatory mediators of acne vulgaris through red and
blue light, intense pulsed light combined with new supramolecular salicylic acid. Methods We selected 200 cases patients with
acne vulgaris,they randomly divided into control group and observation group, 100 cases in each group, New supramolecular
salicylic acid to topical therapy, red and blue light, intense pulsed light combined with new supramolecular salicylic acid of
observation group to treatment, treatment lasted for 8 weeks ,to observed changes of immune function and serum inflammatory
mediators at before and after treatment,and evaluation of therapeutic efficacy. Results IgM, IgG, CD3, CD4, CD8 and CD4/
CD8 were significantly improved after treatment of two groups (P <0.05), and the improvement degree of the observation
group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). IL-4, IL-8,TNF-αwere significantly improved after treatment of two
groups (P <0.05), and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05).
The total effective rate of observation group was 92.00%, which was 76.00% higher than control group, the difference was
statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The acne vulgaris through red and blue light, intense pulsed light combined
with new supramolecular salicylic acid, it can improve the immune function and inflammatory response of patients,and improve
therapeutic efficacy.
