摘要:: [摘要]目的：对比点阵CO2激光（Fractional CO2 laser，FCL）与羧基疗法（Carboxy therapy，CAT）分别联合富血小板血
浆（Platelet-rich plasma，PRP）治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效。方法：收集2018年1月-2019年5月笔者医院治疗的萎
缩性痤疮瘢痕患者80例，依据抽签法将所有患者分为A组和B组。A组：给予FCL及PRP治疗。B组：给予CAT及PRP治疗。治疗结
束1个月后评估临床疗效、患者治疗满意度，并记录治疗相关不良事件发生情况，对所有数据进行统计分析。结果：A组总有
效率、患者满意度评分高于B组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组不同类型瘢痕治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义
（P ＞0.05）。两组红斑、水疱、色素沉着、疼痛、瘙痒及瘢痕加重发生率比较差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：
FCL联合PRP较CAT联合PRP可更好改善萎缩性痤疮瘢痕，患者治疗满意度高，治疗相关不良事件发生率无明显差异。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To compare the clinical effect of fractional CO2 laser nd carboxy therapy combined with platelet-rich plasma
in the treatment of atrophic acne scar. Methods 80 AAS patients, treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019, were
collected. All patients were divided into the group A and the group B according to the lottery method. Group A: FCL and PRP
were given. Group B: CAT and PRP were given. One month after the last treatment, the clinical efficacy and patients’treatment
satisfaction were evaluated, and the treatment-related adverse events were recorded, simultaneously. Statistical analysis was
performed. Results The total effective rate and patient satisfaction score of group A were higher than those of group B, and
the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the
two groups(P ＞0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of erythema, blisters, pigmentation, pain, pruritus
and scar aggravation between the two groups(P ＞0.05). Conclusion Compared with the strategy of CAT combined with PRP,
FCL combined with PRP can better improve the atrophic acne scars, acquiring higher patients’treatment satisfaction, and the
incidence of treatment-related adverse events has no significant difference..
