摘要:
[摘要]目的:探讨复因冷敷修复乳联合糠酸莫米松乳膏在慢性湿疹患者中的疗效及对肌肤屏障功能的影响。方法:选取2017
年6月-2020年5月笔者医院收治的200例慢性湿疹患者,随机分为单一组和联合组,每组100例,单一组采用糠酸莫米松乳膏
单独治疗,联合组采用糠酸莫米松乳膏联合医用冷敷修复乳治疗,分析其临床治疗效果及对肌肤屏障功能的影响。 结
果:单一组患者有效率为68%,联合组为94%(P <0.05);治疗后,联合组患者皮损面积、皮损瘙痒评分与靶皮损面
积改善情况明显优于单一组;治疗4周后,两组EASI指数比较[(4.73±0.33)vs(2.12±0.27)]分,有显著性差异
(P <0.05)。结论:复因冷敷修复乳联合糠酸莫米松乳膏能有效治疗基于受雾霾颗粒物影响的慢性湿疹,且安全性高,
但由于大气颗粒会导致慢性湿疹患者的炎性反应更强烈及持久,故建议延长其治疗时间,提高皮肤修复能力,同时减少受
损肌肤在雾霾天中的暴露时间。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of reapplied cold emulsion combined with mometasone furoate cream
on skin barrier function in patients with chronic eczema. Methods Take from June 2017 to May 2020, our hospital 200
cases of patients with chronic eczema, chronic eczema patients can be divided into single and joint group, each group of 100
cases were divided into using furoic acid in a single set of betamethasone cream therapy alone, the joint group furoic acid
mo betamethasone joint medical ice cream repair cream treatment, analysis of the clinical treatment effect and the impact on
the skin barrier function. Results The effective rate was 68% in the single group,and 94% in the combined group (P <0.05).
After treatment, skin lesion area, skin pruritus score and target skin lesion area of the combined group were significantly
improved compared with the single group. After 4 weeks of treatment, EASIindex of the two groups was compared [(4.73±0.33)
vs(2.12±0.27)] (P <0.05). Conclusion Recombination of cold compress and mometasone furoate cream can effectively treat
chronic eczema based on particulate matter in PMs,but due to atmospheric particles can lead to chronic eczema, inflammatory
reaction in patients with more strong and durable, so suggest to prolong the treatment time, improve the skin repair ability, at
the same time reduce the damaged skin exposure time in the fog day.
