摘要:: [摘要]目的：评价中药面膜结合石墨烯电热膜面罩治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：选取广西国际壮医医院皮肤科门诊黄褐斑
患者和志愿者病例100例，将患者随机分为三组。治疗组：34例，石墨烯电热膜面罩结合中药面膜治疗；对照组：34例，中
药面膜治疗；观察组：32例，石墨烯电热膜面罩治疗。每周治疗3次，每次30min，4周1个疗程，均治疗3个疗程。使用
临床观察表、皮肤镜检测并收集临床照片判断疗效，对资料数据进行统计分析。结果：治疗3个月后，中药面膜结合
石墨烯电热膜面罩治疗组有效率91.2%，高于对照组（85.30%）和观察组（37.5%），治疗组与对照组进行比较，无
显著性差异（P ＞0.05），两组与观察组比较，均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗3个月后，三组治疗评分两两进行
比较，治疗组与对照组比较，无显著性差异（P ＞0.05），两组与观察组比较，均具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗
后，治疗组皮肤镜评分L值、a值与对照组相比（P ＜0.05），具有统计学意义；治疗组L值、a值、b值、ITA值与观察组
对比（P ＜0.05），具有统计学意义；对照组与观察组a值相比（P ＞0.05），差别无统计学意义，L值、b值、ITA值比
较（P ＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：中药面膜结合石墨烯电热膜面罩治疗黄褐斑具有较好的临床疗效，较单纯使用中
药面膜组显效率更高，可临床推广应用。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine mask combined with graphene electric
heating film mask in the treatment of chloasma. Methods 100 cases of chloasma patients and volunteers from the Dermatology
Department of Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital were selected and the patients were randomly divided into
treatment groups (34 cases, graphene electric heating film mask combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask treatment),
control group (34 cases, Chinese medicine mask treatment), observation group (32 cases, graphene electric heating film mask
treatment), 3 times a week, 30 minutes each time, 4 weeks 1 course of treatment, a total of 3 courses of treatment. Use the
clinical observation table, dermoscopy and clinical photo collection to determine the efficacy, and perform statistical analysis
on the data. Results After 3 months of treatment, the effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine mask combined with
graphene electrothermal mask group was 91.2 %, which was higher than that of the control group (85.30%) and the observation
group (37.5 %). There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group ( P ＞0.05). There was
statistical significance between the two groups and the observation group (P ＜0.05).After treatment, the values of L and a in the
treatment group were compared with those in the control group (P ＜0.05), with statistical significance. The L value, a value,
b value and ITA value of the treatment group were compared with those of the observation group (P ＜0.05), with statistical
significance.The control group compared with the observation group, a value (P ＞0.05), the difference was not statistically
significant, L value, b value, ITA value (P ＜0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The combination of Traditional
Chinese medicine mask and graphene electric heating mask has a certain clinical effect in treating chloasma,and more effective
than simple use of traditional Chinese medicine mask.
