摘要:: [摘要]目的：了解整形外科注册护士核心能力水平并探讨其影响因素。方法：采用便利抽样法，应用中国注册护士核心能力
量表对270名整形外科注册护士进行调查，并分析其影响因素。结果：整形外科注册护士核心能力总分（169.15±27.62）
分，法律与伦理实践维度均分最高为（3.32±0.58）分，评判性思维与科研维度均分最低为（2.64±0.54）分。整形外科专
科培训时间是影响护士核心能力的主要因素（P ＜0.05）。结论：整形外科专科培训时间是影响护士核心能力的主要因素，
护理管理者应结合学科发展计划，制定相关人员培训方案，提高整形外科护士的核心能力。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To investigate the factors potentially involved in the level of core competencies of plastic surgery
nurses. Methods 270 plastic surgery nurses were enrolled to complete the Competency Inventory for Registered Nurses
(CIRN) questionnaire. The influencing factors were analyzed. Results The total CIRN score of plastic surgery nurses was
(169.15±27.62). The score of legal and ethical practice dimension was the highest (3.32±0.58), while critical thinking and
research aptitude dimension was the lowest (2.64±0.54). The results of multiple stepwise linear regression analysis showed that
nurses’ training time had influences on the scores of nurses’ competency inventory(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The core competency
of plastic surgery nurses is at a medium level. Nursing managers should develop the intervention to improve nurses’ core
competency.
