摘要:

[摘要]安氏Ⅱ类错牙合是成人临床常见的牙牙合畸形，临床上表现为磨牙远中关系，前牙深覆牙合、覆盖。传统的固定矫治器舒适
度低，隐形矫治器佩戴舒适，具有美观、患者接受度高，总体生活质量好等优点。磨牙远移、咬合跳跃和拔牙矫治是隐形矫
治技术矫治成人安氏Ⅱ类错牙合的主要策略，本文将结合隐形矫治策略、并发症及患者满意度进行综述。
Abstract:
Abstract:Class Ⅱ malocclusion is a common dentofacial deformity,clinically characterized by distal molar relationship,deep
overbite and deep over coverjet in anterior teeth.The traditional fixed appliance comfort level is low.Clear aligner wear
comfortable, with beautiful,highly accepted and the overall quality of life in patients with good advantages.Molar
distalization,occlusion jump and extraction orthodontics is clear aligner treatment for adult Class Ⅱ malocclusion.This article
will combine correction strategy,complications and patient satisfaction for a review to guide clinical clear aligner treatment for
adult Class Ⅱ malocclusion.
