摘要:: [摘要]目的：研究分析Er，Cr:YSGG激光去腐对低龄儿童牙科畏惧疼痛程度及治疗成功率的影响。方法：收集2018年1
月-2018年12月于笔者医院儿童口腔科初次就诊的低龄龋齿患儿100例，根据电脑随机分组法分为两组施行对照研究，常规组
予以传统涡轮机去腐，研究组予以激光去腐，每组50例。观察两组治疗时间，治疗期间患儿的畏惧疼痛程度及治疗成功率。
结果：研究组治疗时间短于常规组（P ＜0.05），研究组治疗期间畏惧疼痛程度低于常规组（P ＜0.05）；研究组治疗成功率
高于常规组（P ＜0.05）。结论：对于低龄龋齿患儿，Er,Cr∶YSGG激光去腐较传统涡轮机去腐的治疗成功率高，并且可以减
轻患儿畏惧疼痛程度、缩短治疗时间，值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract:: Abstract:Objective To study and analyze the Er,Cr∶YSGG laser effect of dental fear and success rate of treatment on
early childhood caries. Methods from January 2018 to December 2018,100 children with early childhood caries received
by pediatric stomatology department were taken as the observation subjects in this study. According to the computer,
they were respectively randomly divided into 2 groups, one group was named routine group, and the other group was
named study group. 50 cases in each group. The duration of treatment, the degree of fear and pain and the success rate of
treatment were observed. Results The treatment time of the study group were shorter than those of the routine group
(P ＜0.05),The fear and pain degree of the study group during the treatment were lower than those of the routine
group (P ＜0.05). The treatment success rate of the study group was higher than that of the routine group. Conclusion
Compared with traditional turbine decaying, laser decaying is more successful in the treatment of children with early
childhood caries, and it can also reduce children’s fear and pain. It has the advantages of simple operation, short treatment time,
and it is worthy of wide application in the clinical therapy.
