[摘要]目的:探讨牙釉质凿对修复预备体肩台适合性的影响。方法:选择新鲜拔除的15颗离体前磨牙,根据全瓷冠修复预备
标准进行牙体预备,用口腔显微镜观察预备体肩台边缘的连续性以及有无菲边,然后用牙釉质凿修整预备体一侧肩台为实验
组,另一侧为对照组。口腔显微镜再次观察实验组肩台边缘,并采用表面轮廓仪分别测量两组预备体肩台表面粗糙度,扫描
电镜下观察两组预备体肩台的表面形貌,进行统计学分析。结果:口腔显微镜结果显示牙釉质凿修整后实验组肩台边缘菲边
消失,更加均匀连续;扫描电镜结果显示实验组预备体肩台表面光滑程度明显优于对照组;预备体肩台的表面粗糙度实验组
(1.47±0.21)μm,低于对照组的(1.60±0.24)μm,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:使用牙釉质凿修整修复预备体
肩台可以降低肩台表面粗糙度,并增加边缘平整性及连续性,提高修复预备体肩台适合性。

Abstract:
Abstracts: Objective To investigate the effect of enamel chisel on the fitness of the prepared shoulder. Methods 15 premolars
extracted for orthodontic were prepared according to the preparation standard of the all ceramic crown. Oral microscope was
used to observe whether the edge of the prepared shoulder had fastigium edge. One side of the shoulder edge was trimmed by
the enamel chisel and recorded as the experimental group and the other side was recorded as the control group. Afterwords,
scanning electron microscope and surface profilometer were used to observe the morphology of the prepared shoulder in the
experimental and control groups, and then measure the surface roughness of them. SPSS software was used for statistical
analysis. Results The results of oral microscope showed that after the treatment of the enamel chisel, the edge of the shoulder
in the experimental group became more uniform and continuous. Under scanning electron microscope, the surface roughness
of the prepared shoulder in the experimental group was reduced compared with the control group.The surface roughness of the
prepared shoulder in the experimental group (1.47±0.21)μm was lower than that in the control group (1.60 ±0.24)μm, and the
difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The enamel chisel could reduce the surface roughness, increase
continuity of the edge, and improve the fitness of the prepared shoulder.
