摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨下颌前牙玻璃离子体联冠斜导矫治前牙反牙合的作用机制及应用要点。方法：选择36例前牙反牙合患者，使用
玻璃离子体制作下颌前牙联冠斜导矫治前牙反牙合，矫治前后均拍摄X线片，并对其组织变化进行分析比较。结果：矫治后,
前牙覆牙合覆盖正常，面型改善；SNB减小、ANB增大，两者变化有统计学意义（P ＜0.01），说明上下颌骨矢状向关系改善明
显；U6R-PP、L6R-MP、MP-SN、ANS-Me／N-Me均显著增大（P ＜0.01），提示上下后牙有所伸长，面下1/3高度有所增大。结
论：下颌前牙玻璃离子体联冠斜导能快速有效地矫治前牙反牙合，改善面部矢状向及垂直向不调。

Abstract:: Abstact: Objective To investigate the mechanism of action and main points of application of glass ionomer cement oblique
guide of mandibular union crown in anterior crossbite correction. Methods 36 patients with anterior crossbite were selected.
All patients were treated with glass ionomer cement oblique guide of mandibular union crown．X-ray films were taken before
and after treatment, and the changes were measured and compared.Results After treatment,the OB/OJ of anterior teeth were
normal, and the facial pattern was improved.The SNB was decreased and the ANB was increased (P ＜0.01),which showed that
the sagittal relationship of maxilla and mandible was improved obviously, U6R-PP, L6R-SN, GoGn-SN, ANS-Me/N-Me were
all increased significantly (P ＜0.01) , it was suggested that the upper and lower posterior teeth were elongated,and the lower 1/3
facial height was increased. Conclusion Glass ionomer cement oblique guide of mandibular union crown could quickly and
effectively correct anterior crossbite and improve sagittal and vertical facial asymmetry.
