[摘要]目的：探讨早期多元化护理干预在鼻中隔偏曲位移修复术中的应用效果。方法：抽取2018年2月-2021年2月于笔者医
院就诊的鼻中隔偏曲患者94例，按照入院时间顺序分为对照组（46例）和观察组（48例）。对照组接受常规鼻中隔偏曲位移
修复术护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予早期多元化护理干预,比较两组患者手术疗效、舒适度、美观及整体护理满意度评
分和并发症发生情况。结果：观察组手术疗效优良率为87.50%显著高于对照组的82.61%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。
干预后观察组患者舒适度评分为（73.85±2.53）分高于对照组的（65.34±3.66）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观
察组患者美观及整体护理满意度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为10.42%显著低
于对照组的19.57%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：鼻中隔偏曲位移修复术中采用早期多元化护理干预能够显著提
高患者舒适度、护理满意度，改善手术疗效。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of early diversified nursing intervention in the repair of nasal septum deviation.
Methods A total of 94 patients with nasal septal deviation admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were
selected, and divided into the control group (46 cases) and the observation group (48 cases) according to the order of admission
time. The control group received conventional nasal septum displacement repair nursing, and the observation group was given
early diversified nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The surgical efficacy, comfort, aesthetics, overall nursing
satisfaction and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate
of surgical efficacy in the observation group was 87.50% significantly higher than that in the control group (82.61%), the
difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). After intervention, the comfort score of the observation group was (73.85±2.53)
points higher than that in the control group (65.34±3.66) points (P ＜0.05). The scores of beauty and overall nursing satisfaction
in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). The incidence of complications in the
observation group was 10.42%, significantly lower than that in the control group (19.57%, P ＜0.05). Conclusion Early
diversified nursing intervention for patients with nasal septal deviation displacement repair can significantly improve patient
comfort, nursing satisfaction, and improve the surgical effect.
