摘要:: 目的：探究黄连膏联合LED红、黄光治疗面部过敏性皮炎的疗效。方法：选取2017年5月-2020年2月笔者医院收治的79例面部过敏性皮炎患者为研究对象。随机分为观察组（38例）和对照组（41例），对照组给予LED红、黄光治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用黄连膏治疗，治疗2周。随访2个月，观察两组临床疗效、角质层屏障功能、皮肤症状评分及不良反应情况。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率高于对照组（92.11% vs 75.61%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，与对照组比较，观察组皮脂含量、水合度较高，酸碱度较低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，与对照组比较，观察组鳞屑、发热、瘙痒程度和颜色评分均降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应情况比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：黄连膏联合LED红、黄光治疗面部过敏性皮炎可明显减少皮损情况，修复角质层屏障功能，改善皮肤症状，疗效显著，且未增加不良反应。

Abstract:: Objective To explore the efficacy of Coptis Paste combined with LED red and yellow light in the treatment of facial allergic dermatitis. Methods A total of 79 patients with facial allergic dermatitis admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (38 cases) and control group (41 cases). The control group was treated with LED red and yellow light, and the observation group was treated with Coptis Paste on the basis of the control group. After 2 weeks of treatment and 2 months of follow up, clinical efficacy, stratum corneum barrier function, skin symptom score and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (92.11% vs 75.61%) (P＜0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group, the observation group had higher sebum content and hydration, and lower pH (P＜0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group, scales, fever, pruritus degree and color of the observation group were decreased after treatment (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Coptis Paste combined with LED red and yellow light in the treatment of facial allergic dermatitis can significantly reduce skin lesions, repair the stratum corneum barrier function, and improve skin symptoms with definite efficacy and no new adverse reactions.
