摘要:
目的:比较不同冲洗方法对残冠残根桩道牙本质清洁效果及纤维桩粘接强度的影响。方法:36颗完整离体单根管牙完善根管治疗后,统一截冠。根据桩道预备时的根管腔冲洗方法不同,将残根随机分为3组。3组使用不同的冲洗方法,A组注射器冲洗,B组被动超声荡洗,C组Er:YAG激光活化荡洗。每组任选2个残根纵向剖开,扫描电镜观察比较各组样本桩道牙本质表面的清洁效果。各组剩余10个残根,经纤维桩粘接后制备1.0mm厚的横切薄片,每组任选2个薄片样本行扫描电镜观察粘接界面,剩余8个薄片样本经推出实验,记录各组样本的纤维桩剪切粘接强度并行统计学分析。结果:B、C组牙本质表面清洁效果、进入小管内的树脂突直径、深度与密度等均优于A组。A、B、C三组纤维桩剪切粘接强度(MPa)均值为11.64±1.38、12.68±1.82、15.05±1.23,不同“冲洗方法”对纤维桩粘接强度的影响对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用超声或Er:YAG激光冲洗根管管腔,均可取得较好的清洁效果;Er:YAG激光荡洗更有利于提高纤维桩的粘接强度。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of different irrigation methods on dentin cleaning of the residual crown and root and shear bond strength of the fiber post. Methods 36 complete isolated single canal teeth were treated with complete root canal treatment, and the crowns were cut uniformly. The residual roots were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the different root canal irrigation methods during the preparation of the post. The three groups used different washing methods, group A syringe washing, group B passive ultrasonic wave washing, and group C Er:YAG laser activated wave washing. Choose 2 residual roots in each group to cut longitudinally, observe and compare the cleaning effect of the dentin surface of each group sample post by scanning electron microscope. The remaining 10 residual roots in each group were bonded by fiber posts to prepare 1.0 mm thick transverse slices. Choose 2 slice samples in each group to observe the bonding interface by scanning electron microscope, and the remaining 8 slice samples were pushed out experiments, and the shear bonding strength of the fiber posts of each group of samples was recorded and statistically analyzed. Results The cleaning effect of the dentin surface, the dia meter, depth and density of the resin protrusion into the tubules of the B and C groups are better than those of the A group. The mean values of the shear bond strength (MPa) of fiber posts in A,B,C three groups were 11.64±1.38, 12.68±1.82, 15.05±1.23, and the comparison of the effects of different "washing methods" on the bond strength of fiber posts was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Within the limitations of this study, it was effective in cleaning the dentin surface of the root canals by passive ultrasound irrigation or Er:YAG laser-activated irrigation. Er:YAG laser-activated irrigation was more beneficial to improve the bond strengths of fiber posts.
