摘要:

目的：探讨除驳力颗粒联合308nm准分子光治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效。方法：选取2018年1月-2020年6月在笔者医院皮肤科就诊的95例肝郁气滞型稳定期白癜风患者，按照随机数字表法分为两组。联合治疗组47例，采用除驳力颗粒联合308nm准分子光治疗；对照组48例，用308nm准分子光治疗，两组治疗周期为9个月，每3个月统计两组治疗后疗效及不良反应（检测联合治疗组肝、肾功能情况）。结果：治疗3、6、9个月后，联合治疗组的痊愈、显效比例高于对照组，且治疗6、9个月后，联合治疗组的有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗3个月后，联合治疗组和对照组复色率接近（P＞0.05）；治疗6、9个月后，联合治疗组复色率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：除驳力颗粒联合308nm准分子光治疗稳定期白癜风具有较高的有效率，疗效较好，复色率较高。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effect of Defibrate granules combined with 308?nm excimer laser in the treatment of stable vitiligo. Methods A total of 95 patients with stable vitiligo of Qi Stagnation Syndrome who visited the department of Dermatology outpatient department of our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the combined treatment group according to the random number table method. 47 patients were treated with the combination of defibrate granules and 308?nm excimer laser apparatus. 48 patients in the control group were treated with 308 nm excimer laser apparatus.The treatment cycle in the two groups was 9 months, and the curative effect and adverse reactions after treatment in the two groups were counted every 3 months. Results After 3, 6 and 9 months of treatment, the proportion of recovery and obvious effect in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the effective rate in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the irradiation group (P＜0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the recoloration rate of the combined treatment group and the control group was close to (P＞0.05). After 6 and 9 months of treatment, the combined treatment group had higher recoloration rate than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The treatment of stable vitiligo with the combination of Defibrate granules and 308nm excimer laser apparatus has a high effective rate, good curative effect and high recoloration rate
