摘要:
目的:探究玻璃纤维桩结合BisCem树脂水门汀与铸造金属桩核对残根残冠患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年7 月-2020年7月笔者医院收治的64例残根残冠患者,根据手术方式将患者分为对照组(n =32,铸造金属桩核治疗)和观 察组(n =32,玻璃纤维桩结合BisCem树脂水门汀治疗),记录两组手术前后咀嚼效率、咬合力、龈沟液前列腺素E2 (PGE2)、一氧化氮(NO)和基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)水平,记录疗效及并发症发生率。结果:术后1个月,两组咀 嚼效率、咬合力较术前升高,且观察组高于对照组;两组PGE2、NO、MMP-2较术前升高,且观察组低于对照组,差异均 有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计 学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩结合BisCem树脂及铸造金属桩核均可改善残根残冠患者咀嚼功能,玻璃纤维桩结合 BisCem树脂炎症反应较轻,且疗效佳、并发症少。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the therapeutic eff ect of glass fi ber post combined with BisCem resin cement and cast metal post core on patients with residual roots and crowns. Methods A total of 64 patients with residual roots and crowns admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into a control group (n=32,cast metal post and core treatment) and an observation group (n=32,glass Fiber post combined with BisCem resin cement treatment) and the mastication efficiency, bite force, gingival crevicular fluid prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), nitric oxide (NO) and matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2) levels were recorded before and after the operation. The curative eff ect and complication rate were recorded. Results The mastication effi ciency and bite force of the two groups were higher than that before the operation 1 month after operation, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group.PGE2, NO, MMP-2 in the two groups were higher than that before the operation at 1 month after operation, and the observation group was lower than the control group,the diff erences were statistically significant(P<0.05), the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The total incidence of symptoms is lower than that of the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of glass fi ber post and BisCem resin and cast metal post core can improve the masticatory function of patients with residual roots and crowns. The combination of glass fi ber post and BisCem resin has less infl ammation, and has good curative eff ect and fewer complications.
