摘要:: 目的：不同口腔冲洗方式在口腔颌面外科患儿术后的应用效果比较。方法：选取2018年3月-2019年5月于笔者医院行口腔颌面外科手术患儿68例为研究对象，随机分为A组（34例）采用传统（注射器或输液器）口腔冲洗法，B组（34例）采用喉头喷雾喷射器口腔冲洗法。干预1周，比较两组舒适度、清洁度、切口愈合度、依从性、并发症发生率及家属满意度。结果：B组口腔舒适度、患儿总依从率及家属总满意度明显优于A组，并发症总发生率显著低于A组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组切口愈合情况及口腔清洁度比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：喉头喷雾喷射器口腔冲洗法在舒适度、依从性、并发症及满意度等方面均优于传统口腔冲洗法，但两种口腔冲洗法均具有较高口腔清洁度与切口愈合率。

Abstract:: Objective To compare the effects of different oral irrigation methods in children with oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods A total of 68 children who underwent oral and maxillofacial surgery in our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The group A (34 cases) used traditional (syringe or infusion set) oral irrigation method, and the group B (34 cases) used throat spray injector oral irrigation method. After one week of intervention, the comfort, cleanliness, wound healing, compliance, complication rate and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The oral comfort, total compliance rate of children and total satisfaction of family members in the group B were significantly better than those in the group A, and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the group A, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in wound healing and oral cleanliness between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The throat spray ejector oral irrigation method is superior to the traditional oral irrigation method in terms of comfort, compliance, complications and satisfaction, but both oral irrigation methods bring relatively high oral cleanliness and incision healing rate.
