目的：评价“Z”瓣内眦赘皮矫正术联合Park法重睑成形术治疗内眦赘皮的临床疗效。方法：收集2019年1月-2020年2月于笔者医院行的“Z”瓣内眦赘皮矫正术联合Park法重睑成形术治疗内眦赘皮的137例就医者的临床资料，观察就医者术后临床疗效、美容疗效、瘢痕情况。结果：所有就医者术后内眦形态自然，重睑线弧度高低适当且自然流畅；术后内眦间距（Intercanthal distance，ICD）/睑裂长度（Horizontal lid fissure length，HLFL）明显改善，美容效果理想。术后3个月，就医者手术部位隐约可见切口痕迹，瘢痕评分（Vancouver scar scale，VSS）为（2.14±0.87）分；术后6个月，就医者内眦部无明显手术瘢痕，VSS评分为（0.84±0.11）分。137例就医者中有2例就医者瘢痕明显，给予药物和激光治疗后好转。结论：“Z”瓣内眦赘皮矫正术联合park法重睑成形术治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮的疗效、安全性及美容效果均较好。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of "Z" flap epicanthus correction combined with Park method for blepharoplasty in the treatment of epicanthus. Methods The clinical data of 137 patients who treated epicanthal folds in the treatment of epicanthal folds by "Z" intraploid fold correction and Park method of heavy blepharoplasty in the author’s hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were collected, and the postoperative clinical efficacy, cosmetic efficacy and scarring of the patients were observed. Results All patients had natural morphology of inner canthus, and the arc of double eyelid line was appropriate and smooth. After surgery, the internal canthal distance/horizontal lid fissure length (ICD/HLFL) was significantly improved, and the cosmetic eff ect was ideal. At 3 months after surgery, the hidden incision marks were shown in the surgical site, and the Vancouver scar score (VSS ) was (2.14±0.87) points. At 6 months after surgery, there was no obvious surgical scar in the inner canthus of patients, with the VSS score of (0.84±0.11) points, and there was no recurrence of epicanthus. 2 of the 137 patients had obvious scars and were improved after drug and laser therapy. Conclusion "Z" flap epicanthus correction combined with Park method for blepharoplasty has better efficacy, safety and cosmetic effect in treating single eyelid with epicanthus
