摘要:
目的：探讨并对比软悬挂与硬悬挂重睑成形术后切口愈合及上睑形态情况。方法：选取2019年1月-2021年1月在笔者 医院实施重睑成形术治疗的100例就医者，采用简单随机分组法将就医者分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例。对照组采用硬 悬挂重睑成形术治疗，观察组采用软悬挂重睑成形术治疗，两组术后均随访6个月，记录两组就医者切口愈合情况和手术时 间、拆线时间及消肿时间等手术指标；记录两组就医者满意度情况；于术后6个月比较两组就医者上睑形态评分；记录两 组就医者术后并发症的发生情况。结果：观察组一期愈合率为94.00%，与对照组的88.00%比较差异无统计学意义（P＞ 0.05）；观察组手术时间、拆线时间及消肿时间等手术指标均显著短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组就医者的满意度为 90.00%，显著高于对照组的74.00%（P＜0.05）；治疗6个月后，观察组眼睑恢复正常、双侧重睑对称及上睑形态自然等上睑 形态评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为4.00%，显著低于对照组的16.00%（P＜0.05）。结论：软悬 挂重睑成形术应用疗效较好，安全性更高，可促进切口的快速愈合，提高上睑形态的修复效果。
Abstract:
Objective To explore and compare the incision healing and upper eyelid morphology after soft and hard suspension double blepharoplasty. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing double blepharoplasty in the hospital were enrolled between January 2019 and January 2021. According to simple random grouping method, they were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hard suspension double blepharoplasty, while observation group was treated with soft suspension double blepharoplasty. All were followed up for 6 months after surgery. The surgical related indexes (incision healing, operation time, stitches removal time, the swelling time) and satisfaction in both groups were recorded. At 6 months after surgery, scores of upper eyelid morphology between the two groups were compared. The occurrence of postoperative complications in both groups was recorded. Results There was no significant difference in primary healing rate between the observation group and the control group(94.00% vs 88.00%, P＞0.05), operation time, stitches removal time and the swelling time were significantly shorter than those in control group (P＜0.05), and satisfaction rate was signifi cantly higher than that in control group (90.00% vs 74.00%, P＜0.05). After 6 months of treatment, scores of upper eyelid morphology (eyelids returning to normal, symmetry of bilateral upper eyelids, natural upper eyelid morphology) in observation group were signifi cantly higher than those in control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of complications in observation group was signifi cantly lower than that in control group (4.00% vs 16.00%, P＜0.05). Conclusion The application eff ect of soft suspension double blepharoplasty is good with higher safety. It can promote rapid incision healing and improve repair eff ect of upper eyelid morphology.
