摘要:
目的：观察比较二氧化锆全瓷冠与E-max铸瓷嵌体用于修复牙体缺损的临床效果。方法：选取2020年10月-2021年9月 笔者科室收治的97例牙体缺损患者（104颗患牙）作为研究对象，根据随机数表法分为两组。A组：49例（共53颗患牙），采 用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复；B组：48例（共51颗患牙），采用E-max铸瓷嵌体修复。比较两组患者修复效果（改良美国公众健康 服务标准）、菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度、患者满意度和并发症。结果：A组患者牙龈状况评分低于B组，差异具有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）。A组患者修复体外形、修复体固位、边缘密合性及继发龋评分均低于B组，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）； 两组患者修复前后菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；A组患者牙体外形、牙体功能及牙体舒适 度均高于B组，A组患者不良反应总发生率低于B组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：二氧化锆全瓷冠与E-max铸瓷 嵌体均能有效修复牙体缺损，但二氧化锆全瓷冠在安全性方面更好，患者满意度更高。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical repair eff ect of zirconium dioxide all-ceramic crown and E-max porcelain inlay in teeth defect. Methods A total of 97 patients with teeth defects (104 teeth) were enrolled as the research objects between October 2020 and September 2021. According to random number table method, they were divided into group A (49 cases, 53 teeth) and group B (48 cases, 51 teeth). The group A was given zirconium dioxide all-ceramic crown, while group B was given e-max ceramic inlay for repair. The repair eff ect [modifi ed American public health service standard], plaque index, periodontal probing depth, satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The gingival status score of group A was lower than that of group B, the diff erence was statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05).The scores of prosthesis shape, prosthesis retention, edge tightness and secondary caries in group A were lower than those in group B, but the diff erence were not statistically signifi cant (P＞0.05). There was no signifi cant diff erence in plaque index or periodontal probing depth between the two groups before and after repair (P＞0.05). The tooth shape, tooth function, and tooth comfort in group A were higher than those in group B (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was lower than that in group B (P＜0.05). Conclusion Both zirconium dioxide all-ceramic crown and E-max ceramic inlay can eff ectively repair teeth defect. However, the former is better in terms of the safety, with higher patients satisfaction.
