摘要:
目的：观察Q开关红宝石激光联合中药加味冲和顺气丸治疗中青年女性黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：将68例中青年女性 黄褐斑患者随机分成研究组和对照组。研究组34例，给予Q开关红宝石激光点阵模式治疗，联合中药加味冲和顺气丸内服； 对照组34例，给予Q开关红宝石激光点阵模式治疗。治疗前后对两组患者进行黄褐斑皮损面积和严重度指数(Melasma area andseverity index,MASI)评分，观察临床治疗效果、不良反应和复发情况。结果：经过1个疗程治疗，研究组总有效率为 91.17% ，对照组为82.35%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组MASI评分均有不同程度下降，两组MASI评分比较差异有统 计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗过程中未出现严重不良反应，研究组复发6例（19.35%）,对照组复发14例（50.00%），差异有 统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：Q开关红宝石激光联合中药加味冲和顺气丸治疗中青年女性黄褐斑疗效满意，安全性好，复 发率低。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Q-switched ruby laser combined with traditional Chinese medicines Supplemented Chongheshunqi Pills in the treatment of melasma in young and middle-aged women. Methods A total of 68 young and middle-aged female Melasma patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in the treatment group were given Q-switched ruby laser fractional mode treatment,combined with traditional Chinese medicine Supplemented Chongheshunqi Pills orally.34 cases in the control group were given Q-switched ruby laser fractional mode treatment.The melasma area and severity index(MASI)was scored before and after treatment.The clinical treatment eff ect,adverse reactions and recurrence were observed. Results After one course of treatment,the area of melasma and the severity index scores of the two groups of patients decreased to varying degrees with no serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Among them,the total eff ective rate of the treatment group was 91.17%,and the total eff ective rate of the control group was 82.35%.There was a statistically signifi cant diff erence in the MASI score between the treatment group and the control group after comparing(P ＜0.05).In terms of recurrence rate,there were 6 cases in the treatment group(19.35%)and 14 cases in the control group(50.00%),the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The clinical effi cacy of Q-switched ruby laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine Supplemented Chongheshunqi Pills in the treatment of melasma in young and middle-aged women is satisfactory,with good safety and low recurrence rate.
