摘要:
目的：比较正畸医生与普通人对儿童错牙合畸形正畸治疗结束后微笑美学的主观评价情况，并探讨客观测量指标对其 的影响。方法：选取2019年6月-2021年6月在笔者医院正畸治疗结束后的90例错牙合畸形患儿为研究对象，分别由10名正畸医 生与10名普通人对患儿的微笑美学进行主观评价，比较微笑美学满意组(正畸医生主观评分≥5分)与不满意组(正畸医生主观 评分＜5分)的客观测量指标，采用多因素Logistics回归分析客观测量指标对微笑美学的影响。结果：正畸医生的主观评分 [(5.66±1.20) 分 vs (6.70±1.31) 分]明显低于普通人(P＜0.05)。微笑美学满意77例(85.56%)，不满意13例(14.44%)；微 笑美学满意组的微笑指数明显高于不满意组，微笑高度、牙龈暴露程度、尖牙宽度比、可见牙列宽度比均明显低于微笑美学 不满意组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。高水平微笑指数(OR=1.249，95%CI：1.022～1.615)是患儿微笑美学的保护因素 (P ＜0.05)，高水平微笑高度(OR=1.358，95%CI：1.097～1.704)、牙龈暴露程度(OR=1.472，95%CI：1.135～1.890)、尖牙 宽度比(OR=1.218，95%CI：1.064～1.637)、可见牙列宽度比(OR=1.375，95%CI：1.119～1.762)均是患儿微笑美学的危险因 素(P＜0.05)。结论：正畸医生与普通人对儿童错牙合畸形正畸治疗结束后微笑美学的主观评价存在明显差异，客观测量指标 能对患儿微笑美学产生较大影响。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the subjective evaluation of smile aesthetics between orthodontic doctors and ordinary people in children with malocclusion after orthodontic treatment,and to explore the influence of objective measurement indexes on smile aesthetics. Methods 90 children with malocclusion after orthodontic treatment who were selected in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021.The smile aesthetics were subjectively evaluated by 10 cases of orthodontists and 10 cases of ordinary people,respectively.The objective measurement indexes were compared between satisfi ed group(subjective score of orthodontist≥5 points) and dissatisfied group(subjective score of orthodontis＜5 points) of smile aesthetics.The multiple Logistic regression was used to analyze the infl uence of objective measurement indexes on smile aesthetics. Results The subjective score[(5.66±1.20)points vs (6.70±1.31)points] of orthodontists were signifi cantly lower than that of ordinary people(P ＜0.05).The were 77 cases(85.56%) with satisfied smile aesthetics and 13 cases(14.44%) with dissatisfied smile aesthetics.The smile index in satisfi ed groups of mile aesthetics were signifi cantly higher than that in satisfi ed group of smile dissthetics(P＜0.05).The smile height,gingival exposure degree,canine width ratio,visible dentition width ratio in atisfi ed groups of mile aesthetics were signifi cantly lower than that in satisfi ed group of smile dissthetics(P＜0.05).The high-level of smile ind ex(OR=1.249,95%CI:1.022 ～1.615) was the protective factors of smile aesthetics in children(P＜0.05).The high-level of smile height(OR=1.358,95%CI:1.097～1.704),gingival exposure degree(OR=1.472,95%CI:1.135～1.890),canine width ratio(OR=1.218,95%CI:1.064～1.637),visible dentition width ratio(OR=1.375,95%CI:1.119～1.762) was the risk factors of smile aesthetics in children(P＜0.05). Conclusion There were signifi cant diff erences between orthodontist and ordinary people on subjective evaluation of smile aesthetics in children with malocclusion after orthodontic treatment,and the objective measurement indexes could greatly infl uence the smile aesthetics of children.
