目的：比较Protaper Gold 和M3-Pro机用镍钛器械预备树脂模拟弯曲根管的成形效果。方法：选取40颗树脂模拟单弯 曲根管随机分为两组，每组均20颗，分别用Protaper Gold 和M3-Pro镍钛锉进行根管预备，牙科显微镜拍摄预备前后根管图 像，记录预备时间，计算根管偏移量并进行统计学分析。结果：ProTaper Gold 组单个根管平均预备时间为（20.96±0.89）s， M3-Pro 组单个根管平均预备时间为（21.47±0.47）s，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），M3-Pro组和ProTaper Gold 组在根管预备后各个位点根管偏移量比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：Protaper Gold 和M3-Pro机用镍钛锉在模拟 弯曲根管的预备过程中均能维持根管原有形态，具有较好的中心定位能力。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the shaping effect of preparation with Protaper Gold and M3-Pro in simulated curved root canals. Methods Forty simulated single curved root canals were randomly divided into two groups(n=20 ).Root canal preparation was performed with Protaper Gold nickel-titanium and M3-Pro nickel-titanium fi les.Before and after root canal preparation images were taken by a dental surgery microscope.Root canal preparation time was recorded.Root canal deviation was calculated.The data were analyzed with the SPSS 22.0 statistical package. Results The root canal preparation time of Protaper Gold was （20.96±0.89) s and the M3-Pro was (21.47±0.47) s.The difference between the two groups were not statistically significant(P ＞0.05).The root canal deviation of all sites were not statistically significant difference between Protaper Gold and M3-Pro groups(P ＞0.05). Conclusion In the resin models the two instruments keep the original canal curvature well. The central positioning ability of root canal preparation by Protaper Gold and M3-Pro were equally in simulated curved root canals.
