目的：探讨黄芩油膏结合冰敷在鼻整形术后护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2018年1月-2021年1月在笔者医院接受鼻 整形术就医者64例，采用简单随机分组为观察组（n=32）和对照组（n=32）。两组均行鼻综合整形术，对照组术后予以冰敷 护理，观察组在对照组基础上联合应用黄芩油膏外用涂抹，持续护理2周。护理后，比较两组一般情况、心理状况、术后并 发症总发生率和就医者满意度情况。结果：观察组疼痛消失时间、肿胀消失时间和创面愈合时间均短于对照组，差异有统计 学意义（P＜0.05）。护理后，观察组数字疼痛量表（Numerical rating scale，NRS）评分、鼻面部肿胀分级、焦虑自评量 表（Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）评分和抑郁自评量表（Self-rating depression scale，SDS）评分均低于对照组， 差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组术后感染、假体偏移、鼻部肿胀、疼痛和排异反应等并发症总发生率低于对照组， 差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组就医者对手术环境、技术操作、鼻后形态和服务态度满意度均高于对照组，差异有 统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：鼻整形术后联合应用黄芩油膏外涂和冰敷可以改善就医者术后疼痛和肿胀情况，有助于就 医者术后早期康复。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of baicalin ointment combined with ice compress in postoperative nursing of rhinoplasty. Methods A total of 64 patients undergoing rhinoplasty in the hospital were enrolled between January 2018 and January 2021. According to simple random grouping method, they were divided into the observation group (n=32) and the control group (n=32). Both groups underwent comprehensive rhinoplasty. On this basis, the control group was given ice compress, while the observation group was given baicalin ointment for external application on basis of the control group. Both groups were continuously nursed for 2 weeks. After nursing, the general situation, psychological status, total incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The disappearance time of pain and swelling, and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the diff erences were statistically signifi cant (P ＜0.05). After nursing, score of NRS, grading of nasal and facial swelling, scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The total incidence of complications such as postoperative infection, prosthesis deviation, nasal swelling, pain and rejection in the observation group was lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The satisfaction scores of operation environment, technical operation, postnasal morphology and service attitude of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of baicalin ointment combined with ice compress can improve clinical symptoms such as postoperative pain and swelling after rhinoplasty, which is conducive to early postoperative rehabilitation.
