摘要:: 目的：观察口腔美容修复中铸瓷贴面与烤瓷全冠的应用效果及对牙周情况的影响。方法：选取2019年4月-2019年12月在笔者科室行口腔美容修复患者168例，根据修复方式不同分为研究组68例和对照组100例。研究组患者实施铸瓷贴面修复，对照组患者实施烤瓷全冠修复。比较两组临床疗效，并观察两组修复前后的美学效果评分，以及牙周袋深度（Probing depth,PD）、牙龈出血指数（Bleeding index，BI）、附着丧失（Attachment loss，AL）的改善情况。结果：研究组修复后3个月、6个月的效果评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05），研究组患者修复后6个月的PD、BI及AL指标均低于对照组（P＜0.05），研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在口腔美学修复中，铸瓷贴面的应用效果优于烤瓷全冠，前者修复体的稳定性更好，牙齿美观程度更高，对牙周组织的刺激则相对较小，能有效保证口腔健康，具有较高的应用价值。?/html>

Abstract:: Objective To observe the eff ect of porcelain casting veneer and porcelain fused crown in oral cosmetic restoration and its eff ect on the score of restoration eff ect and periodontal. Methods A total of 168 patients who underwent oral cosmetic restoration in our hospital were selected from April 2019 to July 2019. According to diff erent restoration methods, they were divided into study group (68 cases) and control group (100 cases). The study group underwent porcelain casting veneer restoration, and the control group underwent porcelain fused crown restoration. The clinical effi cacy of the two groups was compared, and the improvement of repair effect score, periodontal pocket depth (PD), gingival bleeding index (BI) and attachment loss (AL) before and after repair was observed in the two groups. Results The eff ect scores of the study group at 3 and 6 months after repair were higher than those of the control group (P ＜0.05). The indexes of PD, BI and AL in study group were lower than those in control group 6 months after repair(P＜0.05).The total eff ective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion In the process of oral cosmetic restoration, the application eff ect of porcelain casting veneer is better than that of porcelain PFM crown. The technology of porcelain casting veneer restorations has better stability, higher degree of tooth beauty, relatively small stimulation to periodontal tissue, and can eff ectively ensure oral health, so it has a high value of promotion and application.
