摘要:
目的：探讨闭眼游戏对上睑下垂矫治术儿童黑暗恐惧与心理适应的影响。方法：选取2019年1月-2020年12月接受上睑下垂矫治手术的65例患儿为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患儿分为试验组和对照组，试验组32例、对照组33例。对照组在术前24 h使用床旁移动电脑播放自制动画视频3 min，播放结束对患儿以关键词形式询问宣教内容。试验组在对照组基础上采取闭眼游戏干预。比较两组患儿术后护理难度、术后黑暗恐惧程度及心理适应能力。结果：试验组患儿术后护理难度评分低于对照组（P＜0.05），护理难度分级比较，试验组优于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组患儿术后黑暗恐惧程度评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组患儿术后心理适应评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：闭眼游戏能够有效降低上睑下垂矫治术患儿术后护理难度，改善上睑下垂矫治术患儿术后黑暗恐惧程度，提高上睑下垂矫治术患儿术后心理适应能力。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the eff ect of closed-eye games on the dark fear and psychological adaptation of children with upper eyelid prolapse correction. Methods 65 children undergoing ptosis correction surgery from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and the randomized digital table method was divided into experimental group and control group,with 32 cases in experimental group and 33 cases in control group. The control group used the bedside mobile computer to play 3 min,to ask the children in the form of keywords.The experimental group took the closed eye game intervention on the basis of the control group.The difficulty of postoperative care,postoperative dark fear degree and psychological adaptability were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative nursing diffi culty score of children in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05),comparison of nursing diffi culty grading showed that the experimental group was better than the control group (P ＜0.05). The experimental group had a lower score of postoperative fear of the dark than the control group (P＜0.05). The postoperative psychological adaptation score of the experimental group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Closed eye games can eff ectively reduce the diffi culty of postoperative care for those children, improve the degree of postoperative dark fear for those children,and improve the psychological adaptability of children with psychological adaptability .
