摘要:
探讨桂枝茯苓汤加减治疗痰瘀互结型玫瑰痤疮的临床运用。痰瘀互结型玫瑰痤疮的发生多由生活习惯、饮食习惯、居 住地域等所致，患者多脾阳受损、气郁于内，痰湿血瘀互结而成本病。是故常用桂枝茯苓汤方化痰湿、行瘀血，加温阳、健 脾、行气之药，以“温阳化痰，行气活血”之法治疗痰瘀互结型玫瑰痤疮。
Abstract:
This article mainly introduced the clinical experience in treating phlegm and blood stasis type acne rosacea by using Guizhi Fuling soup. The occurrence of phlegm and blood stasis type acne rosacea is mainly caused by living habits, dietary habits, living areas and other reasons, resulting in the damage of spleen Yang, qi stagnation in the inside, and then resulting in mutual phlegm and blood stasis so that cause this disease. Therefore, Guizhi Fuling soup is usually used to remove phlegm dampness and blood stasis, and is combined with warming yang, invigorating spleen and activating qi. The method of “warming Yang reduces phlegm, activating Qi and promoting blood circulation” is used to treat phlegm and blood stasis type acne rosacea.
