摘要:: 目的：探讨基于微信管理平台的护理模式在白癜风患儿治疗中的作用。方法：选取笔者医院收治的50例白癜风患儿为研究对象，所有患儿均采用相同药物治疗联合308 nm准分子光治疗。根据护理方式的差异将患儿分为两组，其中研究组患儿 26 例，采用基于微信管理平台的护理模式干预；对照组患儿24例，采用常规护理模式干预。比较两组患儿疗效、依从性、心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果：护理干预后，研究组患儿临床总有效率、依从性、生活质量及护理满意度均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患儿SDS和SAS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：应用基于微信管理平台的护理模式干预白癜风患儿，可提高患儿疗效及依从性，改善患儿的心理状态，提高患儿的生活质量，护理满意度高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:: Objective To explore the effect of nursing mode based on wechat management platform on children with vitiligo and its impact on their mental health and prognosis. Methods 50 children with vitiligo admitted to the author’s hospital were selected as the research objects. All children were treated with same drug therapy combined with 308 nm excimer light. According to the diff erence of nursing methods,the children were divided into two groups,including 26 children in the study group who were intervened by nursing mode based on wechat management platform,and 24 children in the control group who were intervened by routine nursing mode. The effi cacy,compliance,psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing intervention,the total clinical eff ective rate,compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of children in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). The SDS and SAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing model based on wechat management platform in children with vitiligo can improve the effi cacy and compliance of children,improve the psychological state of children,and improve the quality of life of children,with high nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
