摘要:: 痤疮，是由于毛囊皮脂腺异常改变而引发的一种慢性炎症性疾病，迟发性痤疮发于25岁以上的人群，且多为女性，其中冲任失调型女性患者的发病与月经周期存在特定的相关性，多为经前严重，经后缓解。中药人工周期疗法以肝肾统摄的性腺轴为根基，根据月经周期运行中的阴阳气血变化，在不同的月经周期选择不同的中药方治疗。此法不仅顺应了现代医学女性月经周期排卵的特点，而且结合了古代中医的辨证施治整体观念及方药的运用，具有更深入的研究空间。?/html>

Abstract:: Acne is a chronic infl ammatory disease caused by abnormal changes in the sebaceous glands of hair follicles, delayed acne occurs in people over the age of 25, and most of them are women, and there is a specifi c correlation between the onset of female patients with Chong and Ren disorders and their menstrual cycles, most of which are premenstrual severity and postmenstrual remission. Based on the gonadal axis controlled by liver and kidney, Chinese medicine artifi cial cycle therapy selects diff erent Chinese prescriptions for treatment in diff erent menstrual cycles according to the changes of yin, yang, and qi and blood during the menstrual cycle. This method not only complied with the characteristics of ovulation in menstrual cycle of modern medical women, but also combined the overall concept of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and the application of prescriptions in ancient Chinese medicine, so it had more in-depth research space.
