目的:通过制备介孔二氧化钛复合羟基磷灰石来封闭离体牙本质小管评估其脱敏效果。方法:制备含介孔二氧化钛的 羟基磷灰石复合材料与纯羟基磷灰石以及常用的齿科脱敏剂应用于离体牙本质表面,观察牙本质小管的封闭情况和封闭材料 渗入小管内的距离来评估封闭效果,比表面积测试等方法对其组成及性状进行分析,讨论其对离体牙本质体外再矿化的影响 和封闭机制。结果:介孔二氧化钛复合羟基磷灰石可以很好地封闭离体牙本质表面的微孔,复合物具有良好的孔隙率及较高 的表面能。结论:介孔二氧化钛复合羟基磷灰石可以尝试作为牙齿修复后的脱敏材料。

Objective To evaluate the desensitization effect of mesoporous titanium dioxide composite hydroxyapatite on sealing extracted dentinal tubules. Methods Mesoporous titanium dioxide composite hydroxyapatite, pure hydroxyapatite and commonly used dental desensitizers were applied to the surface of extracted dentin to observe the sealing of dentinal tubules and the distance that the sealing material penetrated into the tubules. The specifi c surface area test and other methods were used to analyze its composition and properties, and to discuss its eff ect on the remineralization of extracted dentin in vitro and the sealing mechanism. Results The mesoporous titanium dioxide composite hydroxyapatite can well seal the micropore on the surface of dentin in vitro, and the composite has good porosity and high surface energy. Conclusion Mesoporous titanium dioxide composite hydroxyapatite can be tried as a desensitizing material after dental restoration.
