摘要:
目的:探讨超完美脉冲光(Advanced optimal pulse technology,AOPT)长脉宽模式治疗面部毛孔粗大的临床疗效 和安全性。方法:本研究共纳入2021年6月-2021年12月就诊的面部毛孔粗大的就医者30例。采用AOPT长脉宽模式治疗,选 用640 nm和590 nm滤光片,3个脉冲,脉宽8.0 ms、6.0 ms、6.0 ms,延迟时间40 ms,能量14~18 J/cm2 。每次治疗间隔2~3 周,6次治疗为1个疗程,分别于治疗后1个月、3个月进行疗效判定,比较就医者治疗改善率、不良反应及复发率,同时记 录就医者满意度。结果:所有就医者接受6次AOPT治疗并随访3个月,治疗即刻反应为就医者皮肤毛囊皮脂腺开口扩张,内 部黑头粉刺角质栓颜色变灰白、膨胀且浮出表面。就医者可出现轻度疼痛及皮肤中度红斑,反应均于30 min内消退。治疗前 就医者毛孔平均评级(5.33±0.66)级,治疗后1个月(2.87±0.57)级,低于治疗前(P<0.001),治疗改善率为93.33% (28/30)。治疗后3个月就医者毛孔评级(3.03±0.61)级,低于治疗前(P<0.001),治疗改善率为83.33%(25/30)。 所有就医者治疗后均无明显水肿反应,无色素沉着、色素减退及瘢痕等不良反应发生。治疗后3个月未见明显复发。就医者 随访满意度高。结论:AOPT长脉宽模式可有效治疗面部毛孔粗大,且安全性高,具有很好的临床应用前景。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effi cacy and safety of advanced optimal pulse technology(AOPT) long pulse width mode for the treatment of facial pore enlargement. Methods Thirty patients with facial pore enlargement who were treated between June and December 2021 were included in the study. The patients were treated with AOPT long pulse width mode. The fi lter was set at 590 nm and 640 nm, the energy density was set at 14-18 J/cm 2 , and three pulse output modes were set with pulse widths of 8.0 ms, 6.0 ms, and 6.0 ms. The pulse delay was set at 40 ms. Each treatment was given at an interval of 2 to 3 weeks, and 6 treatments were considered as 1 course of treatment. The effi cacy of the treatment was determined at 1 month and 3 months after treatment respectively, comparing the treatment improvement rate, recurrence rate, safety, and patient satisfaction. Results In all patients, the sebaceous glands of the skin hair follicles were dilated with gray internal blackhead keratin suppositories. During treatment, the keratin expanded and fl oated to the surface. The patients reported mild pain, and the moderate erythema reaction disappeared within 30 minutes. The pore rating was (5.33±0.66) before treatment and (2.87±0.57) one month after treatment. The patients’ symptoms decreased signifi cantly (P <0.001). Nearly all of the patients (28/30;93.33%) experienced improvement. Three months after treatment, the pore rating was (3.03±0.61). The patients’ symptoms decreased signifi cantly (P <0.001), and most of the patients (25/30;83.33%) experienced improvement. After treatment, no obvious edema reactions, pigmentation, hypopigmentation, or scars were noted. There was no obvious recurrence 3 months after treatment. Patients reported a high satisfaction. Conclusions AOPT long pulse width mode can eff ectively and safely treat facial pore enlargement in clinical settings.
