摘要:
目的：评价部分切端包绕式贴面修复前牙牙体缺损的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2020年5月-2021年6月笔者医院就 诊的60例前牙牙体缺损患者资料，共85个修复体。采用改良Ryge贴面复查标准对修复体术后1个月和6个月的临床效果进行评 价。结果：术后6个月内，有1个修复体舌侧边缘崩折，有2例患者术后敏感，有1例患者2个修复体色泽出现改变，其余修复 体的各项指标均能达到满意效果。结论：部分切端包绕式贴面修复前牙牙体缺损具有良好的临床修复效果。?/html>
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical eff ect of porcelain veneer combined with inlay in repairing the defect of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 85 restorations of 60 patients with anterior denture defects from May 2020 to June 2021 were reviewed using modified Ryge restorations, and the clinical outcomes were evaluated at 1 and 6 months after treatment. Results Within 6 months, the lingual edge of 1 restoration was collapsed, 2 cases were sensitive after treatment, and 1 patient had changes in the color of 2 restorations, and all the indicators of the rest restorations could achieve satisfactory results. Conclusion Porcelain veneer combined with inlay to repair upper anterior tooth defect has a good clinical eff ect.
