摘要:: 目的：观察局部旋转皮瓣用于面部肿瘤切除术后创面修复的效果。方法：选择2020年1月-2021年12月于笔者医院诊治的46例面部肿瘤切除术后选择局部旋转皮瓣进行创面美容性修复的患者纳入观察组（n=46）；选择同期进行推进皮瓣修复的49例患者纳入对照组（n=49）。比较两组患者治疗后创面恢复效果、瘢痕外观[温哥华瘢痕评定量表（Vancouver scar scale，VSS）评分]、患者满意度及并发症。结果：术后，两组患者创面恢复效果和并发症比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；术后3个月，观察组患者VSS各维度评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组患者对面部修复的满意度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：与推进皮瓣修复相比，局部旋转皮瓣用于面部肿瘤切除术后创面修复效果更好，患者满意度更高。

Abstract:: Objective To observe the eff ects of local rotational fl ap on repair of wound after facial tumor resection. Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,46 patients who underwent facial tumor resection and selected local rotation flaps for cosmetic wound repair in the author’s hospital were included in the observation group (n=46). Forty-nine patients who underwent advancement fl ap repair during the same period were selected as the control group (n=49). The wound recovery effect,scar appearance [ vancouver scar scale score],patient satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After operation,there was no signifi cant diff erence in wound recovery eff ect and complications between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Three months after operation,the scores of all dimensions of VSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.05),and the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with the advanced fl ap repair, the local rotating fl ap is better for wound repair after facial tumor resection, and the patient satisfaction is higher.
