摘要:
目的:探讨外用生肌玉红膏对皮肤软组织扩张的影响。方法:在10只新西兰兔双耳皮下置入皮肤扩张器,左右两侧随 机分别为实验组与对照组,实验组外用生肌玉红膏,对照组不做处理,定期给扩张器注入生理盐水,并记录注水量。扩张 完成后对扩张皮肤进行组织学检测及免疫组化检测,并通过实时荧光定量PCR法检测血管生成相关因子CD31、VEGF的表达。 结果:注水结束时,实验组平均注水体积高于对照组(P<0.05);扩张皮肤组织学检测显示,实验组表皮平均厚度厚于对 照组,实验组胶原纤维束阳性率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);扩张皮肤免疫组化检测显示,实验组CD31、 VEGF 表达量高于对照组(P<0.05);实时荧光定量PCR检测显示,实验组中CD31、VEGF的表达量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结 论:外用生肌玉红膏可促进皮肤细胞增殖、胶原合成及新血管形成,可提高皮肤软组织扩张效率。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of topical Shengji Yuhong ointment on skin and soft tissue expansion. Methods Skin expanders were implanted under the ears of 10 New Zealand rabbits, and the left and right sides were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with Shengjiyuhong ointment, and the control group was not treated. The expander was regularly injected with normal saline, and the volume of injected water was recorded. After the expansion, the expanded skin was examined by histology and immunohistochemistry, and the expressions of angiogenesis related factors CD31 and VEGF were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. Results At the end of water injection, the average water injection volume of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Histological examination of expanded skin showed that the average thickness of epidermis in the experimental group was thicker than that in the control group, and the positive rate of collagen fi ber bundles in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Immunohistochemistry of expanded skin showed that the expressions of CD31 and VEGF in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Real-time fl uorescence quantitative PCR showed that the expression levels of CD31 and VEGF in the experimenta group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The topical Shengji Yuhong Ointment can effectively promote the proliferation of skin cells, expand the increase of skin area, and promote the expansion of skin soft tissues.
