摘要:: 目的：分析iRoot SP单尖根管充填治疗瘘管型慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2019年6月-2021年6月笔者医院收治的120例瘘管型慢性根尖炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数表法随机分为研究组与对照组，每组60例。研究组患者进行 iRoot SP单尖根管充填，对照组患者进行AH Plus糊剂热牙胶垂直加压法，对比两组患者疼痛、根尖周指数、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后第2、7天，研究组患者疼痛等级明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后6个月，研究组患者根尖周指数、临床疗效均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；随访6个月，两组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：iRoot SP单尖充填可明显降低瘘管型慢性根尖周炎局部疼痛程度，提高治疗效果。

Abstract:: Objective To analyze the clinical eff ect of iRoot SP single apical root canal fi lling in the treatment of fi stula chronic periapical infl ammation. Methods A total of 120 patients with fi stula chronic apical aptitis admitted the author’s hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the study group received single-apical root canal fi lling with iRoot SP, and patients in the control group received vertical compression with AH Plus paste hot tooth glue. Pain, periapical index, clinical effi cacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results 2 and 7 days after treatment, the pain level of patients in the study group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). 6 months after treatment, the periapical index and clinical effi cacy of patients in the study group were signifi cantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After 6 months follow-up, there was no signifi cant diff erence in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion iRoot SP can signifi cantly reduce the local pain degree of fi stula chronic periapical periodontitis and improve the therapeutic eff ect.
