摘要:
中医美容科是在皮肤科学基础上发展起来的一个独立小分科，融合了美学、中医学以及部分现代激光美容医学的学 科。临床带教过程中带教老师不仅要重视学生专业知识能力的培养，还应注重学生动手能力、沟通能力和环境适应能力的培 养。中医美容科培养高质量的实习生的关键在于提高临床带教质量，提高实习生的实践能力，带领美容医学实习生完成从理 论到实践的转型，满足社会对皮肤美容专业应用型人才的需求。
Abstract:
Chinese medicine cosmetology is a small independent subspecialty developed on the basis of dermatology, integrating aesthetics, Chinese medicine and a part of cosmetic laser medicine. Clinical teachers should pay attention to not only the cultivation of students’ professional knowledge, but also the cultivation of students’ hands-on skills, communication skills and the ability to quickly adjust to varying conditions in the process of clinical teaching. The key to cultivating high-quality interns in the department of Chinese medicine cosmetology lies in improving the quality of clinical teaching and mastery of clinical skills of interns. It can leads interns in the department of Chinese medicine cosmetology to complete the transition from theory to practice, and meeting the demand of society for applied talents in the specialty of cosmetic dermatology.
