摘要:
目的：探讨基于经络学理论的面部穴位注射对眼部美容的可行性。方法：回顾性分析2021年8月-2022年8月于笔者医 院要求进行眼部美容的16例就医者的治疗情况。对其鱼腰、丝竹空、攒竹、阳白、下关、头维等穴位进行注射交联透明质酸 钠，比较就医者治疗后即刻和治疗后6个月的满意度、医师面部综合评估评分及眼距纵横比矫正程度，分析面部穴位注射方 式在眼部美容的应用价值。结果：就医者在治疗过程中的疼痛感不显著，且无明显不良反应。治疗后6个月，就医者满意度 自评中恢复效果、周围反馈、误工情况以及满意程度均优于治疗后即刻，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。医师对就医者 治疗后6个月的神态评估、改善程度以及整体质量评分均显著高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）；且面部穴位注 射矫正后就医者眼距纵横比（0.61±0.03）明显高于术前（0.42±0.07），提示治疗后就医者面部综合状态明显改善。结 论：基于经络学理论的穴位注射对眼部美学效果良好，具有一定的科学性和创新性，值得在眼部美容中推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the feasibility of facial acupoint injection based on meridians theory for eye cosmetology. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 16 patients who sought eye beauty treatment at the author’s hospital from August 2021 to August 2022. Facial injections of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate were performed at acupoints such as Yuyao, Sizhukong, Zanzhu, Yangbai, Xiaguan, and Touwei. The satisfaction, physician’s comprehensive facial evaluation score, and the degree of correction of the eye distance ratio were compared between immediately after treatment and 6 months after treatment to analyze the application value of facial acupoint injection for eye beauty. Results Patients did not experience signifi cant pain during the treatment process, and no obvious adverse reactions were observed. After 6 months of treatment, patients’ selfevaluated satisfaction, recovery eff ect, feedback from surrounding individuals, work interruption, and satisfaction level were all superior to those immediately after treatment, with statistically signifi cant diff erences (P ＜0.05). Physicians’ evaluations of the patients’ facial expressions, improvement degree, and overall quality after 6 months of treatment were signifi cantly higher than those before treatment, with statistically signifi cant diff erences (P ＜0.001). Furthermore, the eye distance ratio of patients after facial acupoint injection correction (0.61±0.03) was signifi cantly higher than before treatment (0.42±0.07), indicating a signifi cant improvement in the overall facial status of the patients after treatment. Conclusion Acupoint injection based on meridian theory has shown good aesthetic eff ects for the eyes, demonstrating both scientifi c and innovative characteristics, and is worth promoting in the fi eld of minimally invasive eye beauty.
