摘要:
目的：探讨养肤润肠汤治疗表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂（Epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor,EGFRI）相关皮肤毒性反应的疗效及对美观性的影响。方法：纳入2016年11月-2019年11月笔者医院收治 的EGFRI相关皮肤毒性反应患者90例，以随机数字法分为对照组与观察组各45例，对照组使用莫匹罗星软膏涂抹患处（每日 3 次），观察组在对照组基础上加用养肤润肠汤（每日1付，分早晚2次服用），均连续治疗14 d。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候评 分、皮肤生理指标（油脂含量、皮肤含水量）、安全性及皮肤美观性评分。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率（93.33% vs 77.78%）明 显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组皮疹、瘙痒、痤疮、干燥中医证候积分均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组的皮 肤含水量均较治疗前较升高，且观察组明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），两组油脂含量比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观 察组皮肤美观性评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组均无明显肝肾功能异常及不良反应发生。结论：养肤润肠汤能明显 提高EGFRI相关皮肤毒性反应的临床治疗效果，改善皮肤生理功能及皮肤美观性，安全性好。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yangfu Runchang Decoction on epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor(EGFRI) related skin toxicity and its eff ect on aesthetics. Methods 90 patients with EGFRI-related skin toxic reaction admitted to the author’s hospital from November 2016 to November 2019 were enrolled. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 45 cases each. The control group was smeared with mupirocin ointment (3 times a day), and the observation group was added with Yangfu Runchang Decoction (1 pair per day, 2 times in the morning and evening) on the basis of the control group, both of which were continuously treated for 14 days. The clinical effi cacy, TCM syndrome score, skin physiological index (oil content, skin water content), safety and skin beauty score of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group (93.33% vs 77.78%) was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05); In the observation group, the scores of rash, pruritus, acne, dryness were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment, the skin water content of both groups was higher than before treatment, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in oil content between the two groups (P ＞0.05). The score of skin aesthetics in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). There were no obvious liver and kidney dysfunction and adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Yangfu Runchang Decoction can significantly improve the clinical treatment eff ect of EGFRI-related skin toxicity reaction, improve skin physiological function and skin aesthetics, and has good safety.
