摘要:: 目的：基于Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的文献，通过文献计量方法分析黄褐斑的研究现状及未来发展趋势。方法：检索2005年-2022年Web of Science数据库核心合集中收录的黄褐斑相关文献，运用文献计量学方法，使用VOSviewer 和CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析，将结果以可视化形式呈现。结果：共检索到1 276篇黄褐斑相关文献，其中论著1 067篇，综述209篇。这些文献来自63个国家的1 662个机构的4 853名作者，发表在278种期刊上。美国在出版物总数、总被引频次和H 指数方面排名第一，发文量最多的机构是埃及知识库，刊文量最多的期刊是Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology，发文量最多的作者是Helio Miot。目前该领域的研究热点主要集中在药物治疗及防晒等方面。结论：应用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析，可客观反映出2005年-2022年黄褐斑文献数量变化及分布情况。

Abstract:: Objective This study is to generalize the research status, hotspots and development trends of study on melasma. Methods Data of melasma from 2005 to 2022 were collected from the Web of Science core collection (WoSCC) database and analyzed through several professional bibliometrics software. CiteSpace was utilized to condut the top 20 keywords with the strongest citation bursts, timeline of keywords. VOSviewer was used to conduct co-citation, academic collaboration and keywords analysis. Microsoft Excel was utilized to draw relevant charts. Results From 2000 to 2022, there were 1,067 articles and 209 review articles related to melasma, and the number of articles published showed an upward trend year by year. Totals of 63 countries or regions participated in the research, and the United States ranks fi rst in terms of total number of publications, total citations and H-index. The institution with the most papers was Egyptian Knowledge Bank. The author with the most papers was Helio Miot, and the most published journal was Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology. Research keywords relate to melanogenesis, hydroquinone, tranexamic acid, CO2 laser, Nd ∶YAG laser.The hotspots mainly focused on tranexamic acid, vitamin C and sunscreen. Conclusion Conclusions Bibliometric analysis reveals research patterns and trends in melasma, which is benefi cial for scientists to grasp the research hotspot and development direction of melasma.
