摘要:
目的:通过测量不同垂直骨面型的安氏Ⅱ1 类错牙合成人患者正畸治疗前后的牙体长度,分析其矫治前后牙根吸收的差 异以及切牙内收量与牙根吸收的相关性。方法:从南昌大学附属口腔医院选择60例拔牙病例,按面角不同分成三组,将其 治疗前后的CBCT数据分别导入Dolphin-Imaging 11.95软件,测量双侧上下中切牙、尖牙和第一磨牙牙体长度以及上下切牙 切缘和根尖的矢状向移动量,所得数据进行统计学分析。结果:治疗前左右两侧同名牙牙体长度无差异,治疗后三组牙根长 度均减小(P<0.01),上颌中切牙牙体长度高角组减小的最大,依次为均角和低角组(P<0.01)。上下切牙切缘和根尖内收量 三组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),左侧上颌中切牙根尖内收量与牙体长度的减少量成正相关,三组相关性分别为低角组 0.663 、高角组0.618、均角组0.635 (均P<0.01)。结论:不同垂直骨面型成人安氏Ⅱ1 类错牙合患者拔牙矫治后均有不同程度 的牙根吸收。
Abstract:
Objective The diff erence of root resorption before and after orthodontic treatment and the correlation between incisor sagittal movement and root resorption were analyzed by measuring the tooth length of Angle Ⅱ1 patients with diff erent divergent patterns in adult. Methods A total of 60 extraction cases were selected from the Affi liated Stomatological Hospital of Nanchang University, and divided into three groups according to diff erent face angles. The CBCT data before and after treatment were imported into dolphin-imaging 11.95 software, then corrected the head position and selected measurement planes. Respectively, to measure the length of the upper and lower incisors, the canine and the fi rst molar, and the sagittal movement of the upper and lower incisors. The obtained data were analyzed statistically. Results There was no difference in the length of the corresponding teeth on the left and right sides before treatment. After treatment, the root length of the three groups decreased (P <0.01), and the high-angle group decreased mostly. There was no diff erence between the three groups in incisor margin and apical adversarial amount (P >0.05). There was a positive correlation between the movement of the left central incisor and the reduction of tooth length, and the correlation was 0.663 in the low-angle group, 0.618 in the high-angle group and 0.635 in the mean-angle group (all P<0.01). Conclusion There are teeth roots resorption in diff erent degrees after extraction treatment in diff erent divergent patterns.
