摘要:
近年来阴道松弛综合征的发病率直线上升，对女性的性生活和性健康造成了较大影响。临床上，外科手术仍是最传统 的选择，但术后并发症等因素也会影响患者恢复。近年来，点阵CO2激光治疗作为一种新型治疗方法而备受瞩目，该疗法利 用激光高度聚焦能量的特性，可使阴道黏膜恢复弹性，促进阴道黏膜的水合，提高阴道润滑性能，但目前有关研究处于起步 阶段，尤其是在随机对照的基础上，所以需要更多的证据来支持这种治疗的安全性和疗效，本文就阴道松弛综合征的诊治现 状、点阵CO2激光治疗阴道松弛综合征的机理和临床研究进行总结，以便在今后的研究中进一步推广和应用。
Abstract:
In recent years,the incidence of vaginal relaxation syndrome is increasing,which has a great impact on women’s sexual life and sexual health.Clinically,surgery is still the most traditional choice,but postoperative complications and other factors will aff ect the recovery of patients.In recent years,as a new treatment method, fractional CO2 laser therapy has attracted much attention.This therapy can restore the elasticity of vaginal mucosa,promote the hydration of vaginal mucosa,and improve the lubrication performance of vaginal mucosa by using the characteristics of laser highly focused energy.However,relevant studies are in the initial stage at present,especially on the basis of randomized control.Therefore,more evidence is needed to support the safety and efficacy of this treatment.In this paper,the diagnosis and treatment status of vaginal relaxation syndrome,the mechanism of fractional CO2 laser treatment of vaginal relaxation syndrome and clinical studies are summarized,so as to further promote and apply in future studies.
