目的:基于就医者面部各区域的老化特征及解剖学要点,提出分区治疗方案,并对其临床治疗效果进行观察分析。方法:对于就医者非表情区“松”的老化现象,用线技术固定滑动层。针对表情区软组织“垮”的老化现象,用大、中分子透明质酸在韧带根部及深层脂肪室深层注射提升复位。对于残余少量“凹”的部位,用小分子透明质酸进行少量注射修饰,使面部轮廓线流畅自然。结果:就医者术后即刻及术后半年疗效优良率分别高达100%(50/50)和92%(46/50),术后并发症少,安全可控。结论:针对面部呈现的“松-垮-凹”复合型老化现象,采用分区治疗和“筋膜层固定-深层组织支撑-浅层滋养修护”进行综合干预,效果确切,创伤小,恢复期短,就医者接受度高,容易推广。

Objective Based on the aging characteristics and anatomical key points of diff erent facial regions in patients, propose regional treatment protocols and conduct an observational analysis of their clinical therapeutic effects. Methods For the "loose" aging phenomenon in the non-expression areas of aesthetic seekers, the sliding layer was fi xed using thread technology. For the "sagging" phenomenon of soft tissue in the expression areas, large or medium molecule hyaluronic acid were used for deep injection at the ligament roots and deep fat compartments to lift and reposition. For residual "hollow" areas, small molecule hyaluronic acid were used for minimal injection modifi cation to achieve a smooth and natural facial contour. Results The immediate postoperative and half-year postoperative satisfaction rates were as high as 100% (50/50) and 92% (46/50), respectively, with few postoperative complications and controllable safety. Conclusion For the composite aging phenomenon of "loose-sagging-hollowing" in the facial region, a comprehensive intervention strategy integrating regionalized treatment with "fascial layer fi xation, deep tissue support, and superfi cial nourishment and repair" is employed, demonstrating defi nite effi cacy, minimal trauma, a short recovery period, high patient acceptance, and broad potential for clinical scalability.
