安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突患者矫治前后软硬组织变化及疗效研究-《中国美容医学》

摘要:: 目的：分析正畸治疗安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突患者的临床效果及对软硬组织变化的影响。方法：选择2022年1月-2024年1月笔者医院收治的98例安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突患者，所有患者均接受正畸-正颌治疗，治疗前后接受X线头影测量，观察所有患者临床疗效和软硬组织变化情况。结果：98例患者，治疗后总有效率为97.96%。口腔不良习惯改善情况结果显示：显效80例，有效16例，无效2例，总有效率为97.96%。治疗后，SNA、ANB、AB-Pg、E-UL、E-LL检测均低于治疗前（P＜0.05），FH-AB高于治疗前（P＜0.05）；治疗前后SNB、Bo-N、Bo-Pg、N-Pg及FH-MP比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，Ao-Bo、OJ、OB、AB-UI、AB-LI均低于治疗前（P＜0.05）。结论：安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突患者给予正畸-正颌治疗效果较好，可较好地改善患者口腔不良习惯，还可获得较满意的口腔及颜面部美学效果。

Abstract:: Objective To analyze the clinical eff ect and aesthetic eff ect of orthodontic treatment on patients with Angle Class I bimaxillary protrusion. Methods All enrolled patients were 98 patients with Angle Class I bimaxillary protrusion in the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024. All patients received orthodontic treatment. X-ray cephalometric measurement was performed before and after treatment. The clinical effi cacy and aesthetic eff ect of all patients were observed. Results The total eff ective rate was 97.96%. The results of improvement status of oral bad habits showed that among the 98 patients, there were 80 markedly eff ective cases, 16 eff ective cases and 2 ineff ective cases, the total eff ective rate was 97.96%. After treatment, SNA, ANB, AB-Pg, E-UL and E-LL were lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05) while FH-AB was higher than that before treatment (P＜0.05). There were no statistical diff erences in SNB, Bo-N, Bo-Pg, N-Pg and FH-MP before and after treatment (P＞0.05). Ao-Bo, OJ, OB, AB-UI and AB-LI after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05). Conclusion Orthodontic-orthognathic treatment has a good therapeutic eff ect on patients with Angle Class I bimaxillary protrusion. It can improve the bad oral habits and obtain satisfactory oral and facial aesthetic eff ects.
