雄激素性秃发(Androgenic alopecia,AGA)是常见进行性脱发类型,男女发病情况及表现有别。其发病机制涉及多种因素,雄激素作用关键,还包括微循环、微炎症、遗传、诸多信号通路等方面。本文重点阐述了TGF-β/Smad通路的生物学功能及其在AGA发病机制中的作用,与其他通路的相互作用。针对TGF-β/Smad通路的治疗手段多样,包括通路抑制剂、植物提取物、中药、A型肉毒毒素等。AGA发病机制与TGF-β/Smad通路密切相关,该通路有望成为新治疗靶点。

- Abstract:

Androgenetic Alopecia (AGA) is a common type of progressive hair loss, with differences in the incidence and manifestations between men and women. Its pathogenesis involves multiple factors, among which the role of androgens is crucial. It also includes aspects such as microcirculation, micro-infl ammation, genetics, and numerous signaling pathways. This article mainly elaborates on the biological functions of the TGF-β/Smad pathway and its role in the pathogenesis of AGA, as well as its interactions with other pathways. There are various treatment methods targeting the TGF-β/Smad pathway, including pathway inhibitors, plant extracts, traditional Chinese medicines, botulinum toxin type A, etc. The pathogenesis of AGA is related to the TGF-β/Smad pathway, and this pathway is expected to become a new therapeutic target.
