摘要:
[摘要]目的：探讨全厚皮片游离移植矫治儿童足背瘢痕挛缩畸形的效果。方法：2012年-2016年本院收治30例足背瘢痕挛缩
畸形患儿，术中根据瘢痕深度选择剥离层次，尽可能保留浅筋膜深层完整性，应用全厚皮片游离移植修复。结果：27例患儿
皮片高质量成活，2例有少量散在分布水疱，1例部分表皮剥脱、坏死，予加强换药后均愈合。随访6～12个月，患儿的足部
功能及外观得到明显改善。结论：全厚皮片游离移植矫治足背瘢痕挛缩畸形是理想的修复方法之一。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of the full-thickness skin graft for the treatment of cicatricial contracture of
the dorsum of foot in children. Methods 30 cases of foot scar contracture deformity in our hospital from 2012 to 2016 have
preserved integrity of deep layer of superficial fascia and treated with full-thickness skin graft. Results The skin slices of 27
cases survived, and there was a small amount of scattered blisters in 2 cases, one case were partially exfoliative and necrotic,
and all were healed after strengthening. With the follow-up of 6-12 months, the foot function and appearance were improved.
Conclusion Full-thickness skin graft is one of the ideal methods to repair the scar contracture deformity of the dorsum of foot.
