[摘要]目的：即刻种植和早期种植分别应用于前牙美学区种植患者，分析手术对其种植体周边软组织的影响。方法：选取
2016年6月-2017年9月，在笔者医院接受牙齿种植修复的患者272例，按照种植方式不同分为早期种植组和即刻种植组，每组
均136例。比较两组患者修复后1、2、4个月，骨吸收量、牙龈乳头指数、软组织美学度及种植体稳定度的差异，比较两组患
者修复后4个月，修复效果、满意程度、并发症的统计学差异。结果：两组患者骨吸收值、牙龈乳头指数得分、软组织美学
度和种植体稳定度的差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），即刻种植组患者骨吸收值低于早期种植组，而牙龈乳头指数、软组
织美学度和种植体稳定度评估高于早期种植组；随着时间迁移，两组患者骨吸收值均有明显下降（P ＜0.05），而牙龈乳头
指数、软组织美学度和种植体稳定度明显上升（P ＜0.05）；即刻种植组患者修复优良率、修复满意度显著优于早期种植组
（P ＜0.05），术后并发症发生率明显少于早期种植组（P ＜0.05)。结论：即刻种植的修复方法更适用于中切牙或侧切牙进
行种植修复的患者，且能获得更理想的美学效果及种植体的稳定度。

Abstract:

Abstract:Objective Immediate implants and early implants were applied to implant patients in the anterior esthetic area, and the
effect of surgery on the soft tissue around the implant was analyzed. Methods From June 2016 to September 2017, 272 patients
undergoing dental implant restoration in our hospital were divided into early implantation group and immediate implantation
group according to different planting methods. Each group had 136 cases. The differences in bone resorption, gingival papillary
index, soft tissue aesthetics, and implant stability were compared between the two groups at 1, 2, and 4 months after repair.
Comparing the statistical difference of repair effect, satisfaction level, and complications between the two groups at 4 months
after repair. Results The differences in bone resorption value, gingival papillary index score, soft tissue aesthetics, and implant
stability were statistically significant in both groups(P ＜0.05).Bone resorption was lower in the immediate implant group than in
the early implant group, while the gingival nipple index, soft tissue aesthetics, and implant stability were evaluated more highly
than the early implant group. As time shifted, bone resorption values decreased significantly in both groups, while gingival
papillary index, soft tissue aesthetics, and implant stability increased significantly(P ＜0.05). Patients in the immediate implant
group had significantly better repair and recovery rates than those in the early implant group. The incidence of postoperative
complications was significantly less than that of the early implant group(P ＜0.05).Conclusion The immediate implant repair
method is more suitable for patients with middle or lateral incisors for implant repair, which can obtain more ideal aesthetic
effects and implant stability.
