[摘要]目的：检测白癜风患者血清白介素-33（IL-33）和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平，探讨IL-33和TNF-α水平与白癜
风发生、发展之间的关系。方法：采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验分别对41例白癜风患者及35例健康志愿者血清IL-33和
TNF-α的水平进行检测，比较不同分期白癜风患者与正常对照组血清中IL-33和TNF-α水平。结果：白癜风组血清IL-33、
TNF-α水平较健康对照组升高，差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)；进展期、稳定期白癜风患者血清IL-33、TNF-α水平高于
健康对照组，且进展期高于稳定期，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；白癜风患者血清IL-33和TNF-α水平之间存在正相关
性（r =0.904，P ＜0.05）。结论：IL-33和TNF-α均作为促炎性因子参与了白癜风的发生、发展，血清水平可反映疾病进展
情况。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the serum levels of IL-33 and TNF-α in patients with vitiligo,and to explore the relationship
between IL-33 and TNF-α levels and the development of vitiligo. Methods The concentrations of IL-33 and TNF-α in serum were
detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 41 patients with vitiligo and 35 healthy volunteers. The concentrations
of IL-33 and TNF-α in the serum of patients with different stages of vitiligo and normal control were compared. Results The levels
of IL-33 and TNF-α in the serum of patients with vitiligo were higher than those in the healthy control group. The difference was
statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The levels of serum IL-33 and TNF-α in the advanced and stable phases were higher than
those in the healthy control group, and the progression was higher than the stable phase. The difference was statistically significant.
(P ＜0.05).There was a positive correlation between the expression level of IL-33 and TNF-α(r =0.904,P ＜0.05). Conclusion
Vitiligo patients serum IL-33 and TNF-α are all proinflammatory factors involved in the pathogenesis of vitiligo, and serum
levels can reflect disease progression.
