[摘要]目的：探讨乳腺癌患者的保乳术中采用放射状切口及弧行切口的效果差异。方法：选取2015年2月-2017年2月在笔者
医院接受保乳术治疗的乳腺癌患者106例，通过随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组，每组53例。对照组接受放射状切口保乳
术治疗，观察组接受弧行切口保乳术治疗。比较两组患者手术前后的生活质量评分以及术后美容效果。结果：治疗前两组患者
的躯体健康、躯体角色功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情绪角色功能、心理健康、精力、总体健康以及总分等各项目评分比较，
差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后观察组的生活质量各项目评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。
观察组美容优良率为94.34%高于对照组的81.13%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：临床上在针对乳腺癌患者实施保乳
术中，行弧行切口效果良好，术后患者的生活质量显著改善，且美容效果良好，具有较高的临床价值。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the difference of the effect between radial incision and arc incision in the treatment of breast
cancer. Methods From February 2015 to February 2017, 106 breast cancer patients who received breast conserving surgery
were divided into the control group (n =53) and the observation group (n =53). The patients in the control group were treated
with radiate incision, and the patients in the observation group were treated with arc incision. The quality of life score and
cosmetic effect before and after operation were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference
in physical health, physical role function, somatic pain, social function, emotional role function, mental health, energy, overall
health and total score between the two groups before treatment(P ＞0.05). After treatment, the quality of life scores of patients in
the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P ＜0.05). The excellent and good rate of beauty
in the observation group was 94.34%, which was higher than that in the control group (81.13%, P ＜0.05). Conclusion In the
breast conserving operation for breast cancer patients, the effect of arc incision is good, the quality of life of the patients after
operation is improved significantly, and the cosmetic effect is good, which has high clinical value.
